Happy Purrsday!
I hope you’re all curled up in the sunniest spot in your home or inhaling lasagna as you read this (sorry, I’ve had Garfield on my mind lately).
I love this headline and this story and did you know I’m from Minnesota? Hence my absolutely stunning use of ‘north star’ in the poem (our state motto means star of the north and it used to be our hockey team name and is the name of a commuter train in MN). Those have been some FREE, FUN FAX!
Every time I think of cities in my home state I giggle so hard because you truly cannot say any of them without a deep northern accent (try it for yourself: Anoka, Coon Rapids, Mankato, Brainerd, Blaine, Edina, Minnetonka).
Alright enough shenanigans (shockingly not the name of a city in MN), let’s get this cat (poem) out of the bag (google docs):
Has anyone been to this tour btw???
ok ILY!
If you ever want to try bird-calling our state bird, the Loon, try hollering “Pre Order A BIT MUCH"!” and they’ll answer back!!!

don’t have nine lives to spare ♥️ another home run, LR
Of COURSE you’re from Minnesota!! I can’t believe you left Mahtomedi off your list of town names- took me a solid year to perfect that one after moving to MN. 😂
